Most of the educational education and training related projects has taken place in Eastern Europe or in China with the most relevant of contractors being the EU Delegation in Beijing and Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOFCOM) and China Council for the Promotion of the International Trade (CCPIT) for the EU-China Managers (EU-China METP) training programme (2006-2008), where LEEAN was successfully responsible for the design of the transparent selection procedures and by its implementation approximately 500 participants were selected.

 

Prior to this one LEEAN coordinated the "Children and Traffic Security" training programme under China National Children’s Center (CNCC) affiliated with the All China Women’s Federation in Beijing, where LEEAN carried out the coordinator role for training programme of 3000 teachers, mostly female, in 15 provinces of China in 2001-2005 in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Finland.

 

Further LEEAN has participated in EQVET Development with Eastern Partners programme under the German GIZ GmbH in Romania and Bulgaria in 2009-2010. Furthermore LEEAN has engaged in several other marketing projects as well as other institutional development projects like and Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in Finland where LEEAN has engaged in organizing the ministerial visit and TEAM Finland Business Delegation organization and coordination in Azerbaijan in 2014.

 

The worldwide network of LEEAN that is built up in twenty years of operation includes young and old young graduates in all fields of entrepreneurship within European Union and across its borders. This network provisions as a vital target audience of the e-mentor programme in its pilot testing and final launching stages. Wide network and the potential feedback it provisions is vital for the building up an effective Entrepreneurship Mentoring programme for Young Graduate Women programme in order to facilitate them with their quests especially startups, micro and SME enterprises within EU and those who are engaged in cross boarder activities whatever their financial dilemmas are.
